Hey Friends! My name is Maria Vogel and I am currently a graduate student at Miami getting my Masters in Botany. I graduated from Benedictine College in Kansas in 2020 with a BS in Biology. I am originally from the great state of Minnesota. You might catch my northern accent every once in a while! I am a middle child from a big Catholic family of 8 kids. After high school I was a missionary in the Philippines for one year with Regnum Christi. Since then I've been helping out with different ministries through my church and college. I am so excited to see where the Lord brings us this year with all these new changes. You can usually find me in one of these places; The new classy student lounge, my lab/greenhouse, adoration, rollerblading around Oxford, and teaching Bio labs in Pearson. The way to my heart is a good hummus or Padre Pio. So pumped for the Lord's plans for our new Catholic Newman Center!!!
